Overview
VSAT is based on a highly advanced transmission system, Very Small Terminal (VSAT), that supports a wide range of types of interactive data traffic between any two remote locations through a hub. Communications setup between different remote stations can be on standard access terminals, on a network or point-to-point. It also supports low-cost digital voice communications between remote telephone devices or private automatic branch exchanges (switches).
